If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges for items ordered online (excluding sale/clearance) with prior email authorization within 24 hours of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns are issued by original method of payment only. Claims for shipping damage must be made immediately upon receipt, no exceptions. For returns or exchanges, all merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, must include all materials in original shipment, and must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance. All prices are in U.S. dollars only, U.S. funds. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
